Award Currency: Presentation (30 min) at the Annual Meeting 2024 meeting registration waived Award announced and recognition certificate presented at the meeting Facilitation of submission of the model description for publication in Current Psychiatry Aims: To recognize the most innovative clinical services for integrated care; To foster competition for the presentation and publication of the best models of integrated care; and To promote AMP as the forum for the presentation of innovative models of integrated care Criteria for Selection: Innovative: creative or novel integration of medicine and psychiatry practices; preference will be given to models already implemented and which have data Important and effective: adds significantly to existing approaches to integrated care with evidence of effective outcomes Generalizable: may be adopted or modified for use in other settings, includes suggestions for implementation Commitment to present if selected Must be submitted and presented by academic faculty or other practicing clinicians who have completed training. While AMP supports learners and residents in many of its awards and presentation formats, this competition is intended for those who are out of training.
