Reinventing Behavioral Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic

AMP member and Chairman of the Department Of Psychiatry at NYU Winthrop Hospital, Aaron Pinkhasov, MD, FAPA recently had a Commentary published in The Primary Care Companion for CNS Disorders detailing the innovative models of care that his Department utilized to care for patients, patients’ families, staff, and the community.  He stressed the need to develop innovate models of care and the role of dual-boarded physicians in addressing the diverse clinical demands presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
