Speaker: Shanna Stryker, MD MPH
Shanna Stryker graduated from the University of Cincinnati's Family Medicine-Psychiatry residency in 2018, and then did a two-year fellowship in Global Health. She has remained on faculty at the University of Cincinnati, where she divides her time providing gender-affirming health services at an LGBTQ+ health center, teaching about integrated models of care in a fellowship, and doing community-based participatory research on immigrant and refugee health. In 2021 she started a medico-legal partnership with a local immigration law non-profit in order to use her combined training to provide medical and psychiatric evaluations of individuals seeking asylum.
