You’re invited to join the Association of Medicine and Psychiatry for this installment of our AMP Webinar Series: Contract Negotiation Do's & Don'ts: How to Negotiate a Successful Contract & Avoid Pitfalls.
 


Speakers:
Jack T. Brock II

Jack is a native of Greenville, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Political Science and Chemistry (B.A.), and a minor in History. Jack graduated law school from William and Mary Law School. During law school, Jack gained practical experience by working as a legal intern at the New Kent County Attorney’s office, the New Kent Commonwealth Attorney’s office, the William and Mary Federal Tax Law Clinic during the school year, and by clerking at a law firm during the summer months. 

Following law school, Jack clerked for two trial court judges on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for almost two years. After his clerkship, Jack returned to Greenville where he worked for a couple of law firms in Greenville and gained diverse experience in several areas of legal practice (including business law, corporate/business compliance, civil litigation, and intellectual property law). He then founded JTB Law (Jack T. Brock, PLLC). Jack’s practice primarily consists of assisting small businesses with their legal needs and trial advocacy. Jack has counseled and represented businesses and individuals with their corporate/business needs which include the following practice areas: corporate formation, compliance, employment matters/human resources, civil litigation, and intellectual property (including a client’s copyright, patent, and trademark needs). Jack is licensed in North Carolina, Maryland, and is a licensed Patent attorney. He enjoys kayaking and hiking with his wife in his spare time.
