AMP invites all Combined Training Residency Programs to participate in our Virtual Residency Fair, Saturday, August 23, 2025.  The residency fair has become one of the benefits of membership for our medical students! It serves as a dedicated time for medical students to meet faculty and residents from combined programs and vice versa. We hope that you will join us in participating in the fair this year.

Please read below for information to prepare you for the fair:

• The fair will take place on Saturday, August 23rd from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm ET via Zoom. 
• We would prefer if each program has 1-2 representatives present for the duration of the fair. Preferably, we'd love to have at least one resident and one faculty member for each program. 
• Each Residency Program will be in a breakout room, where you will be able to share your poster or present a power point presentation.  
• We would like to send the programs posters to the attendees before the fair, so a pdf of your poster will be due by August 8, 2025. (If you would like to submit a brief (2-3 minute) recorded presentation with your poster, you are welcome to do so, so that the residency fair time can be spent answering other questions.)
• We will be providing students with a list of programs present as well as program directors so that they are more easily able to identify you.
• At the end of the fair, we will provide you with a list of names and contact information of all students who attended and/or signed up for the fair.
